Should you receive an incorrect or defective item please contact your club/school to arrange for a return. Any items returned as a result of our error will be fully refunded once they are returned unopened and within 30 days of delivery.
Customers should be aware that bespoke items, those garments that have been personalised for the customer with initials, club/school crests, unique prints etc. cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the order on our own behalf.
Club Hub is a bulk ordering facility. Orders are collated and delivered directly to the school/club from where they are distributed. While shipping addresses are required to facilitate order processing at checkout, customers should not anticipate home delivery.
